We are sharing the same water pipeline with our neighbours at Villa Pedro and the Frey Villa. Nobody else should be permitted to use the same pipeline as it would create problems in the future. Fresh water is coming from the Twin Lakes 13 KM away. The cost of maintaining the water line is shared between subdivision and Villa Pedro owners. Electricity: Provided by Noreco Co. and monthly billing is the norm. Individual meter. Voltage: 220 Volt with 50/60HZ. NB: A 3 kWh Solar System from Germany has been installed last February 2016 and is maintained by “Avante Verde Co”.
